Crystal Chalmers, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Crystal Chalmers, Au.D., is a Doctor of Audiology, the owner of North State Audiological Services, and a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser (State of California Hearing aid Dispenser's Examining Committee). Dr. Chalmers studied and received her Master's of Science in clinical audiology from Minot State University, North Dakota, in 1981. From there she conducted her clinical Fellowship in San Francisco and in 1983 received her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In 1995, Dr. Chalmers established North State Audiological Services in Chico, and in 2008 completed and successfully defended her dissertation and graduated from Central Michigan University, earning the title of Doctor of Audiology. Her dissertation was published in June of 2008.
Ed Migale
From marketing the practice to doing maintenance on the building, Ed Migale wears a lot of hats at North State Audiological Services. We call this professional communicator - and Dr. Chalmers' husband of 25 years - our "Support Staff". Ed would say he's "just there to help the team help our patients, whenever and wherever needed."
