Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

COVID-19 Update and Office Status – March 24, 2020

To all our patients, your families, and friends –

We want you all to know you are in our thoughts and wish you our very best during these unprecedented times.

Your good health is of the utmost concern of ours; it’s why we do what we do!

And because of that, our office is open during our regular business hours of Monday though Thursday, 9:00 am till 5:00 pm with a closure between 12 noon till 1:00 pm for lunch.

At this time, you have every right to leave your home for essential services, which includes healthcare; of which good hearing is a vital component!

Should you just need to drop by for hearing aid cleanings or batteries, please do so as you normally would. If it’s time to schedule your yearly check up, simply give us a call at 899-3277.

Rest assured that we are taking steps to strengthen our protocols for your safety should you visit us, such as regular disinfecting of surfaces, etc. And to counter any possibility of overcrowding in our waiting room, we have rearranged our seminar room in order to provide extra seating in-line with safe “social distancing” guidelines.

Obviously, there are some caveats that need mentioning, such as:

  • If you are feeling under the weather or are experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath we would ask that you not drop in. Instead, perhaps you could ask a healthy family member, friend, or neighbor to bring in your hearing aids or stop by for a package of batteries.
  • If, again, you are experiencing any ill symptoms and you have a previously scheduled appointment, please call us to reschedule at a better time

Again, your good hearing is essential to good overall health, especially now when information and communication are so important. If you need any assistance in that regard, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This unfortunate situation we all face will eventually pass; hopefully sooner rather than later. But until that time, please remember that we are are here to help you … just like we always have …
